Appointments:

SkinRx Esthetics is an appointment-only skin studio. We specialize in treating women of all ages. You can request an appointment Monday- Friday. For quick scheduling, send a message including your first and last name to (863) 448-2329 to request an appointment. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a text message with appointment details and reminders from our booking app. All follow-up appointments will be made with your Skin Therapist at the end of your appointment. We recommend that you book 4-6 weeks in advance. 

New Client & Consultations:

We are so glad you chose SkinRx. If you are a new client, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out our new client intake forms. We ask that you remove all makeup and jewelry prior to your appointment. Please note that a skin analysis is required before all Chemical Peel or Stem Cell Therapy services to ensure the safety and treatment plan for your skin!  

Gift Certificates: 

We offer physical gift certificates in our office! Gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Our gift certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable. You must present your gift certificate/cash voucher during your service to redeem. SkinRx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed gift certificates. 

Outstanding Invoice Balance:

SkinRx Esthetics reserves the right to deny any service or treatment until all outstanding invoices are paid to date including product order invoices. 

Card Transaction Fee:

Please be advised that all card transactions will be charged a 2.75% service fee. 

Cancellation Policy & Rescheduling:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients please reach out 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
